About: Tarrazu is celebrated as the region in Costa Rica for the best volcanic soils and highest altitudes. Because they grow at high altitudes and on volcanic soil, the cherries ripen more slowly which gives this coffee a rich and hearty flavor.
Cupping Notes: Floral, citrus and soft fruit, with a hint of caramel and chocolate. Clean and rich – full bodied.
